it was a way Microsoft could try to even compete with apple
but they can't (in the mp3 player department)
there are what, 4 different kinds of ipods (not including the iphone) and one kind of zune
but ipod replaces anything for free
my cat ate my head phones and they sent me another pair and told me to stick the broken in the return package
and if zune customer service is as bad as Microsoft's then it really sucks
also with zune you get people like this

I don't have an iPod or a Zune. All i have is a 1GB mp3 player. It's fine but I want more memory and compatibility with accessories. So I'm gonna try and buy an iPod after all my debt is gone.

Actually, there is 4 kinds of Zune, 30Gig, 80gig, and two kinds of Mini-Flash Zunes, and i've had really good responses from Microsoft's tech support.

Whenever i've had something go wrong with one of their products, they always fix it for free.

I choose iPod. Zune isn't bad, though.

Zune, although I had one of the first gen iPods like years and years ago until it's hard drive died.

I have a Chinese Ipod knock off. It's only 2 gig but the sound is great and the video
works really good ( for teeny tiny ). It only cost about 50 bucks two years ago on
ebay so I can't complain. For what you get, I think Ipod and Zune are way over priced.
One downside is it won't accept the Itunes that I buy. I have to convert them to mp3
and load them that way.

i had an ipod, but then it broke on me, now i have a zune and it works fine. I haven't had one problem yet
