A question about Biddleacolypse 2008...

Ray, What Are the rules for the contest again? I cant seem to find your previous posts...:(.... No but here's my REAL question. Will it be a problem for me if I use songs by various artists in my film? I mean, will it be alright if I give credit to them in the credits?

I'd say no because these films are going to be included on the Ho Ho Homicidal DVD which is going to be sold commercially. Therefore you and Ray could be sued.

3 categories are now available to join
1-4:59 minutes
5:00-9:59 minutes
10:00+ minutes

A winner in each genre for each time slot plus best overall film will be added to Ho Ho Ho Homicidal as long as there's enough entries and this will be determined by the staff officiating the contest.

You understand the reason the music has to be used with permission right?


While we're at it, make sure your actors give you permission to use their likeness.

I know the legalities are a pain but they are a necessary evil.
