Stupid 360 questions

i got 2 stupid questions for 360 users
...
1.) if you downloading a game from marketplace, can you play a 360 game while it downloads
because when i try it says download has stopped
but eb guys claim you can
2.) if i cancel a download that i bought do i get my MS points back....probably not because Microsoft are douches lol

1) Yes, you should be able to play while downloading. when it's done a message saying "Download Complete" will appear on the bottom of the screen when you're playing something else

2) You pretty much pay for the download before you actually download it. I believe if you cancel, it still keeps your points, and you can resume from where you left off if you ever choose to dload it again. (Not 100% sure)

1. Your download stops if you are playing online, or if you start up a game and it automatically connects to the internet. If the game disconnects from online, then your download resumes.

2. I believe you get your points back if you cancel. I can't say for sure because I've personally never done that.

As long as the game you are playing is not connected to the internet, the download will continue in the background. You may not have background downloading enabled on your 360. I am usually unable to download while playing an HD DVD, but DVD's allow me to download in the background all the time.
