yo i need a hachet to be stuck in my actors head , know they said to get a fake sword and paint it but i need a hachet, but i have already shot most the movie with a real one that dosent look like the normal ones, also i have a buget of about 2 dollars or less HELP!

Get a fake plastic Hatchet, paint it as close to the real Hatchet as possible, cut an half circle out of it to fit to the contour of your actors head, and splash some fake blood on their, attach it with Spirit Gum.

I addition to this, if you want to actually film the hatchet cutting into the characters head, film your attacking character pulling the hatchet out of the head, in a similar arc to what they would be chopping down in (like, swing far away from the body up onto the shoulder). And then reverse the footage in post. Technically the blood isn't gonna start to spurt until the hatchet gets pulled out. So: cut to a CU of the attacker pulling the hatchet out and blood squirting.

do what wes said but when filming it, follow the swinging hatchet with the camera but have it a bit behind so the hatchet isn't atually in the shot. then have a pan cut leading to the modified axe imbedded in the actors head

In addition... I know Indy Mogul did a fake heads episode, if you're especially daring you could actually smash a hatchet into that, then cut away using the tricks that were mentioned above.
