i need to export this movie for a competition, im using imovie, and i need to know how to make it the best quality it can be, i tried doing the 'full quality' one but its not as good as whats in the program when editing.

how can i get it the best quality it can be?

What format are you trying to export it as?

Just whatever is best, i mucked around with it and found avi with the dv setting or something is pretty good.
