View Full Version : Black or White Macbook?

I want your opinion

I can get a white 250gb hard drive - 2gb RAM for $1,319
And a black 250gb - 2gb ram for $1,399

Which one is better for looks in your opinion, and also gets less scratches

Get the black, it looks better and it probably has better specs besides just the hard drive and the ram (i.e. videocard)

The white macs tend to turn gray around the mouse area when you use them a lot. So I'd go with black.

black...I have a white one, and the trackpad gets all dirty unless you wash your hands every time before you use it.

black...I have a white one, and the trackpad gets all dirty unless you wash your hands every time before you use it.

I have a white macbook and I never have this problem.

it was all stock
and than i gave it to my friend who owns a computer shop in my town
and told him to do whatever and upgrade
my 17 inch was only 400 bucks because a friend of mine worked at future shop and got me 2 discounts

Me and my friend are going to try to create a company for photography and video creating, and just so we have the best of both worlds, we were going to have a PC / laptop running Windows, AND a Mac.

Would it be difficult to use both? Because some people say that once you use a Mac you can't use a PC etc etc, but i've never found that when i've messed with the Macs at work.

aaaw!!! whats wrong with pepole? whats the point of making a black mac... mac are supposed to be white... if they turn gray then it only adds personality. look at all the other models of mac... what colour are they?? yeah... THEY ARE WHITE!!! u can rercognise a macbook because its white... apple just sells black macbooks because some pepole are so... different...

It's not saying that once you use a Mac, you are physically incapable of using a PC, rather that you just don't want to use a PC.

Yes, how dare mac users want to look at least slightly individual when there are so few choices of macs in comparison to Windows based PCs.
