Ok, So I am in spain with my friend and we were way to tried to go out so we just went out to get some food and a man comes by selling "Legitimate" DVD's and I was flicking through until I came across Machine Girl. I had seen the trailer on YouTube and had been looking for it for ages so I snagged it for 5 euros.

Now I wasn't expecting much since it was a shoe string budget Japanesse slaughter feast but it ended up being of the best dicssions of my time here. Now 80% of people who watch it will probably hate it becuase they will see it as mindless violence with a very cliche plot.
but that is becuase they will take it seriously which it shouldn't Its meant to be watched with a beer in the nad and a thong in the cheek and you will be pissing your self with laughter!

The effects ranged between brillient to horrible but it really does distract from the fun. I mean watching a hot japanesse gril slice up ninjas with a minigun is just pure pleasure.

I highly recommend anyone who can have a joke to watch this...

I've been wanting to watch that for a long time too. How much gore was in it? on a scale from 1-10. 1 being Toy Story and 10 being Dead Alive (Braindead).

They have copies at my Blockbuster, and I also found it in Wal-Mart.

And Citrus, 1-10, 10 being Braindead, this probably rates around a 10 most definitely.

its an 11. She stabs a women through the face and then the women throws up all over here sons decapitaded head until here intestiners come out of her mouth.. and thats not even near the worst thing that happens

The gore is so over the top its funny. They guys hand sprays for like 5 minutes

I think BrainDead is much more gorier than Machine Girl. I just saw it and I got to say it was great. Its like a cross between Battle Royale and Evil Dead.

Yea thing is thought its zombie gore so it has much less effect then seeing mans face skin getting ripped off by minigun fire

its great, I picked up a copy in Vietnam. The ending (drill bra, decapitations, buckets 'o blood) was pretty fantastic.

Its technically a neo-revenge flick, which puts it in exploitation, which is often coupled with horror.

Yea, it's a lot like Kill Bill, only much lower budget, and far more outlandish.
