i 1st of all will like to thank everyone on the forums for support and help in the last couple months.
i been having a hard time the past few years
and the last 7 months have been the hardest
i know alot people help user asking for donations
but i have come to the end of my rope
i struggle everyday to make it threw but i need people help.
its bad enough that me and my fiance and her family have been paying my half of rent.
me and my fiance had to return our engagement rings aswell
to add to the problems i am 2000 in dept and was diagnosed with diabetic neuropathy (http://diabetes.niddk.nih.gov/dm/pubs/neuropathies/) which is causing myself from doing things i love (skateboarding) and sometime holding me back from getting jobs
Ray Biddle has already donated 200 dollars once we dicussed my problems
so i create a blogger site for more help
if you can't or don't want to help out

Vaughn, all I need to do is mow my neighbor's lawn, and thats $20 more to my camera. But serious. I can wait for the new camera, it's not the best, but it works for my crappy videos.

I feel like, if I'm in need some day, someone will hopefully come around and help me with any problems that I might have.

Example. Today, I was at church with my Grandpa, and there is a lady that works there, and she has a walker. I helped her up the stairs to her walker. I feel like if I'm ever like that someone would help me.

I believe in Karma (for the most part) and I think you definitely deserve some help Vaughn. You've been having a tough time recently, plus you've been on your own since you were 15. After all that and you still are such a nice/great guy to us kids. Plus you've helped Ray with his movie, which you're taking that work to us mogulers and promoting our videos as a bit of an agent/publicist. Dude, do you think you could work from home as like a freelance publicist? I'm not sure if that would work but it seems like you did a good job with Ray. I'm sure there are plenty of people that need some help getting their name out there and would possibly pay. I don't know how much it would get you though. so crazy news happened to me today
awful news
right when you think i had it bad enough
i had a diabetic low while i was sleeping like a month or less ago
and my girlfriend found and tried to wake me up but i wouldn't
she called 911 and a ambulance showed up
by the time it showed up
i was responsive and was getting sugar into me
and they cam in did there tests and what not
and would not leave
they demanded me to come to the emergency room
i said no i can't afford to go
they demand and demand and told me they see about waving the fee
i said fine and went
1st of all i hate those damn things
i was fine and they made it think i was dying
so they rushed me there and got me in
they tested my sugar and it was normal
7.5 normal
so they released me
and i got home by my girls mother
so to finish this
i got a bill today for 459.96
and i called and asked why i got this
and they said because of my trip to the emerg
i replied saying i thought it was waved
they said no but we took 50 dollars off
so i lending more money tomorrow from my girls mother to pay it
so i rock

2.we have msi which either covers diabetic stuff (80% of it) or everything else within there guild lines (80% of it) you can only be on one or the other at once

i don't have either because my fiance makes to much a year for either
so its there but with very rough guild lines
you get free everything when your on welfare
but yet again my fiance makes to much

when you fill a form out you have to put down common law
which is like married but not
so her income is my income

I know everyone needs help every once in awhile But I'm not sure this forum is the best angel to go at. Maybe you can talk to some financial advisers to help you decrease your monthly bills by skimping. I don't want you to feel like this is a personal attack against you because I know what it's like to be on your own at a very young age. I just don't feel comfortable allowing younger members help you pay for things from their own pockets. I think selling things is a good idea. ok 1st of all
diabetic neuropathy is nerve damage in your feet/limbs
so i am unable to stand for more than 2 hours or my legs and feet get so numb i can walk right and become overwhelmed in pain

we don't own a car
we have lights,water,meds,food,rent a month
don't have cable but have to have the net for my fiance who is doing her university online
we need the phone incase of emergency...duh
there no jobs in my town that would work with me and my diabetic neuropathy. and any job that does is out of my distance because we don't own a car

and i not expecting teenagers to donate
like i said support is better than nothing
i at the end of my rope and i trying anywas to make it alittle longer
i am sorry for screaming for help

It wasn't an attack and there is really no need to be nasty with me. I am coming to you as a person(not as a mod) to better understand your situation. I was just making some helpful suggestions to help you out. I am in noway able to help someone other than myself financially. Thank you for explaining your situation a bit more to me, but you didn't need to be rude. If people feel obligated to help you, I am not going to stop them.

I think it just needs to be made clear you've stressed out all of your options and resources. Is there not a place you can go to find work where you don't have to stand? Maybe a desk job? I know here in the US many companies are willing to hire people with disabilities because they get funding from the government. I'm not familiar with how Canada works though. I just want to encourage you to work harder on doing it on your own. It will be some much more rewarding in the end.

It makes me sick, because of how 'low' it would be to "make this up," and because you'd think he was. I wonder, reallly now, who's pride is that low that they'd make up a story and beg. That's one big bite of pie.
Oh and I give to the guy with the jar. Why? Because $1 or $5 isen't much, and even if he's a fraud, its not a big deal. If he just walked up and said, "Can I have $1, I'm rich and want more money" I'd most likely give it to him.

I guess you haven't been here long enough or maybe just haven't realized it yet, but most of the population of Mogulville are those of people in their teens. People like you and me in our 20's are out numbered by nearly 90%.

As a Moderator it is my job to look out for the younger members of the forum. I had some questions and I asked them in a non threatening manner. I'm sorry if they were taken in any other way. I know Vaughn and we've became close friends in a short time. I think this thread should be in the stuff for sale thread. In my years on the planet I've been where he is and it sucks.

I helped him because he worked for me. As a friend I wish i could help him more.

Let's get this thread back on track and cut the crap. All that will do is lead to hurt feelings.

If anyone can help him that's awesome. If you can't financially, send him well wishes and moral support. Vaughn's a strong person and he'll get through this difficult blip in his life.

Posting this was hard enough on him, which causes more stress.

This can give Vaughn a salary. It will also be like on the job training. You may not be aware but he puts in a lot of hours helping all sorts of people. He teaches young kids skateboarding, which has to be tough with his condition currently.

On top of everything he has going on, he's worried about others. He knew I was going through some personal crap and offered to stay up and talk with me. When he should be trying to get some rest. That's the kind of person he is.

My personal thoughts on this are that any small amount will help.

Let's think about this for a minute. (note that these scenarios are both hypothetical and are in no way meant to offend Vaughn or anybody else)

Scenario 1:


Vaughn is telling the truth. If that's the case, then boy does this suck. He's tried and tried to get out, but he still can't get out of this rut. He needs help from a community he's been involved in and hopes to someday be able to help them more for their support in this tough time.


Scenario 2:

Vaughn isn't telling the truth. He is in such a rut right now that he feels he needs to make up a story in order to get the help he needs because his true story is so awful. Well, that sucks too, so I'd give him help if I could no matter what.

The blog was a good idea. We need to find you a paying gig that won't make your feet worse. Being in your early 20's you need those for the next 90+ years.

And to those who had a thought this was a scam, that's kind of harsh.

Also- Vaughn's never asked me to help him. I told him I had a package for him days before. I didn't even know he had diabetes until he posted it here. In other words, I helped Vaughn because i wanted to and i could.

I helped other people too.

If he was in the USA he'd get the medical help he needed without the borden of worrying about paying the bill and as for being made to pay for that ambulance ride. I'd let them come after me through a collection agency. I'd also be calling the ambulance company and raising hell! That was bullsh*t!

As a matter of fact, Vaughn get me the contact info for the ambulance company. Also if you call them and tell them you can only pay $1 a month this may keep them off you back.

I'm sure Canada offers some great programs for it citizens but to offer health care for everyone with stipulations is insane to me.
