She's dead... -Final Fantasy VII

So I've finally reached the point in the game at the end of the first disc. Yeah, y'all know what I'm taking about... Aeris' death.
I knew it was coming ... I've always known, and yet ... I still couldn't help but feel shocked and wretched. Just the way it happened, Cloud's reaction, and the music which kept eerily playing even throughout the boss battle right afterwards...
I know she sucked in battle, and even had pretty lame limit breaks, but the character herself is what makes me lament. Her relationship with Cloud ... as much as I thought Tifa had better chemistry (and bigger boobs!), I still sometimes rooted for her over Tifa... Don't ask me why.

This is a sad day for my gaming career...

Haha yeah, i remember when i bumped into that part while playing the game. The only reason i was shocked was because i thought it was going to happen a lot later in the game.

Still haven't finished that game, i stopped when i got stuck on the last disc.
