Is it better to crop to 16:9 or sqeeze your frame to 16:9 ? huh?

Crop, squeezing will cause a very unnatural look in your video.

I like you, you tend to know alot about technical side of video. Can you help me on something even though this form is different?

I render my 60i footage to 24p in After Effects then import to Premiere Pro then the footage gets jarring and very jumpy very. Do you know?

Depending on exactly how you're doing the pulldown (the process that makes the footage 24P) you can end up with a very jarring video. I would suggest looking at Andrew Kramers frame rate conversion tutorial, I've honestly never used it, but I'm familiar enough with it that it seems like a good choice.

and thanks.

thats the thing I'm using his preset to render my films. BuT Does it matter the way I export like at 23.976 and interlaced or progerssive frames? Thank you.

hmmmm

I would say- make sure you export at EXACTLY what setting you're using in the Video Copilot preset, and make sure all your composition settings line up between AE and Premiere.
