Two words: Digital rain.

Sin City did it, and so can you!

you can also use "Final Seal" it's a spray.
wont make it waterproof per-se, but it'll deff. help

Faquad has the way to go. After you put on what you need, set it with translucent powder,
then use a sealer. Using good product like Ben Nye will help a lot.
Be careful with the water proof stuff.
