Without knowing more about where you live, ALL we're going to keep telling you is places where you can find the info online. The answer will be different if you live in New Zealand, than if you live in New York. I used to know a few places in San Jose, California.. but that information is utterly useless to everyone in Branson Missouri.
If you can't purchase things online, ask yourself WHY you can't. Do you lack an online payment source? well.. do you have a bank account? if you do, odds are you can get a "Visa Check Card". That card will work any place that Visa is accepted. No card? okay how about looking at signing up for PayPal? as I recall, the process is free. No Bank account? how in the world are you living?
If you're "too young" or "too broke" perhaps it's time to consider asking a parent or friend for help. Just because YOU can't order it online, doesn't mean that you can't convince someone else to help you.
The fact is, any "where can I find X" question is going to be responded to with URLs nowadays. It's simply faster, and very often cheaper, to shop for and purchase these "specialty" things online. Sodium Polyacrylate, for example.. is very hard to find in bulk locally, no matter where you live. I can tell you hundreds of places you can buy it locally, but it will cost you hundreds of dollars to collect more than a handful of the stuff. And yet, I can point you to a website where you can buy it for $20 a pound.
*Sodium Polyacrylate is the stuff that magicians use to turn water into gel, instantly. It's also used in baby diapers, and in some topsoil mixes for gardening.
Liquid latex is like that too. Right now, in the United States, every corner drug store is probably carrying Liquid Latex in some form. But you're going to pay a premium price for it until Thursday. After Monday, it will become horrendously scarce again, and only professional costume & theatrical shops, adult BDSM suppliers, and suppliers of mold making equipment, are likely to stock it in any quantity.
At that point, and even today, the best places to purchase these items are probably going to be online. You may be lucky enough to find a place locally that carries such items, but after Monday, nose putty, liquid latex, tooth black, "basic makeup kits", bald caps, spirit gum (& spirit gum remover), crepe hair, etc.. are things that.. sadly, you may need your mom to help you buy from an online supplier.
We'll do our best to help you find the best deals, and if you can tell us a little more about where you live, there's a CHANCE we MIGHT be able to help you find a local source.. But in the end, you may just need to pick up the phone book and start looking for "latex" and "rubber" and "mold makers" and "fabrication" and "theatrical suppliers" and "costumes" etc. And start asking the people who answer those phones.... or else, it may be time to ask Mom to help you order some.

Thank you.
Seriously, I'm sorry everyone, but I'm starting to get a bit fed up with all of these "where can I get latex" posts. There are like ten different posts like this going on all at once in the various forums, and the answer is the same. Look at a costume shop or a halloween store, or get casting latex from an art supply store, or order online.
There's absolutely no reason to ignore all of the old posts about buying latex, since the answer you're going to get is always the same.
Sorry if it sounds like I'm being an ass about this but honestly, it doesn't take that much effort to look down the page and read somebody else's latex question instead of starting a whole new post...

No one I've contacted has liquid latex, except for the Halloween store in the town nearby, but they've got it in stock by Woochie in 1oz containers for 6 bucks each. Ouch.
And, no, I don't have time or the means to order it offline.

The term "S.O.L." would seem to apply then.

Haha. You realise your posts are fairly useless, correct?
"Order offline if you can't find it in a store."
"Find out why you can't order offline if you can't and solve that issue."
"Then you're fucked."

well actually what I said was "you probably will need to order these items ONLINE." as in, "from a website or other online retailer". If you are limited to purchasing "in person" and the only thing you can find is $6 an ounce, then yes.. I 'd say you're stuck.
Either work with what you have, or find a way to work around the limitations you have. If you can't order online, perhaps you should get mommy to help you. If you're living in some backwater country where you can't buy things online, then you're really going to have a hard time. That's not my fault tho.. nor is it anyone's fault here.
The fact is, you can either find it locally (and you'll pay through the nose in almost every case) or you can find a catalog seller (99% of these have moved online, since it's cheaper to publish a web store than to primnt and mail catalogs). Or you can find some online source. But of you're creating artificial barriers to why you "cant" order these items online.. then they're YOUR barriers, and you're only walling yourself in.
If you're too young, or don't have a bank account, I think I've given some pretty good suggestions on how you can still move forward. But at the end of the day, if you want to sit in a corner and whine about how unfair the world is because they require you to actually DO something... well that's YOUR hobby, not mine.
You don't like the message, fine. you've found Liquid Latex, and the only source you can come up with is $6 / ounce. If you won't try other options, then that's the price you have to live with.
Enjoy.

The condescending stuff just isn't needed. It gets old fast, and I've generally learned to just skip your posts because that and common knowledge is all I'll find.
I found casting latex, something you seem to ignore as an option either because of ignorance of it's use in this situation or simply because you don't know it's uses period, and I guess I'll see if I can add makeup or color to it before use. Thanks anyway.
I'm not whining, I'm not a child (21), I never blames you or anyone here ("not my fault"), and I just need it faster than your online options can provide. "SOL" doesn't seem to suit, either, since it turns out I'm NOT. YOU just don't know everything, which I don't expect from anyone unless they speak definitely, and "well, you're out of options" is pretty definite.
Basically, I'm just suggesting you reconsider your attitude and the way you present yourself. On that note, it doesn't make much of a difference to me, because you've found yourself on my ignore list. Have a good one.

you should recheck the contents of my earlier posts, I beleve I did suggestion mold making materials, when I suggested that the OP pick up the phone book and start calling places involved in fabrication and mold making.

After Monday, it will become horrendously scarce again, and only professional costume & theatrical shops, adult BDSM suppliers, and suppliers of mold making equipment, are likely to stock it in any quantity. To Reiterate:
BDSM suppliers
Fetishwear resellers
Fabrication houses
Casting houses
Jewelers
Theatrical suppliers
Costume Shops
Some larger hardware stores
Some of these places will stock liquid latex, or at least "Room Temperature Vulcanizing Rubber Mold Making Compound" (this stuff is toxic like nothing else.. AVOID). some will be able to tell you where you can buy it. But most of them will be overpriced, and you will be better off buying online.
Now if you'll take your head out of your ass nd READ what people post, instead of picking a random person to attack because you decide their being unhelpful, maybe we can get something done here. Meanwhile (mute)
