You know, for what was once a pale imitation of MAD, Cracked is lately producing some really choice content.

The majority of the observations I read a spot-on, culturally relevant and, most importantly, strong satire.

You should look up something called The Delphi Method. It was created by the Rand corporation as a means to develop quick consensus and control group think.
