View Full Version : Will TMIWeekly.com do a crossover with my show? A challenge has been issued!

Hello guys,
So I recently issued a challenge to the new show at Next New Networks.com called TMIWeekly.com. You can read that post here:

They recently responded to my posting on their blog here:

I think this crossover would be hilarious and I think you guys should post a comment on their blog (http://www.tmiweekly.com/post/9442/crossover) and let them know.

And BE NICE about it! Regardless of what you think of TMI Weekly (http://forum.indymogul.com/showthread.php?t=15561&highlight=tmiweekly), Meghan was cool enough to respond to my post.

This could be internet magic, folks.

Anyway, I think it could be funny even though I do not approve of their show.

I mean, Bobby needs sum (yes, I mean sum and not some. BIG difference) action. Sounds like he has been out of luck for a while...

Here's my take:

The shows are so completely different and the people in them are so completely different that I think it would be incredibly interesting and funny to see what happens. We'll see if they'll actually go for it though.

Good luck! It will probably be entertaining enough for the IM crowd to watch. And it might be a good thing for them to have someone like you help keep them on track. I think that's one thing why I couldn't finish watching their show, everything was so damn scatterbrained. But good luck with getting it to happen. You have my full support.

Thanks! Yeah. I wouldn't go on their show if they don't make an appearance on mine (and I have a really funny way of incorporating them into the format of the show). But, we'll see. The ball's in their court! Erik really dug the idea and he hates me. So, I think we should do it if they are game.

I haven't heard back from the peeps at TMIWeekly about appearing on the show, so I'm not sure it'll happen. But, perhaps some time in the future...

Dont give up the fight bobby! This should happen! Them on the show would be hilarious (Probably derailing from the point of the show (to showcase films) but funny!)

Thanks! Yeah. I think they're too scared! The awesomeness might be too much for them to take.

But, yeah that's definitely the challenge of the show, how do I do these whacky things in between the shorts and not let the show derail. The whole purpose of the show is to get filmmakers films seen. But, I had an idea on how to do the crossover and still stay on format.

Those girls are scaredy cats, I say!
