My camera and my mac

I found an old zr85 camcaorder and I have all the cords for it but I can't get it on my mac please help

You have to give more information than that. What software are you using, what kind of cords?

You have to use a 4 pin to 6 pin fire wire cord and you should be able to capture in to any program.
