I was just wondering which came first youtube or vimeo and if vimeo came first why didn't it become famous?¿?¿?

Yea, Vimeo was founded November 2004. YouTube Early '05.

Honestly, I had never really checked out Vimeo until I learned about it because the IM team used it.

Before then, I knew about it, but didn't really get excited about it until they made it HD capable last year.
