im thinking of getting a mixer board but dont wanna break the bank do you know of any good video boards that are $500 or less

You are getting mixed up. Video boards are things you put into your computer to get better graphics and video. For mixing you don't call it a audio board but a sound board which would usually be for mixing audio.

I have no idea what video boards cost but a good sound board will run you for a few thousand dollars. There are many to choose from so do your research.
