Is this just for the logging and capturing process?
I can export from Final Cut Pro back out to a tape right? But why would I want to do that? And lets say my movie was two hours long, what miniDV tape is that long to export out to?
So yea why would I want this other then the fact that it looks so cool and makes me look more professinal?
Wouldnt the Sony GV-HD700 video walkman serve the same purpose for for half of the price?
I really dont want to use my V1U as a logging and capturing deck, and I'm super paranoid of rewinding on it cuz i dont want to damage the videoheads. So for now I'm going to go to a pawn shop and pick up a cheap miniDV camera to do that job until I can afford either the GV-HD700, or this HVRM15AU.
