If you have a FX request, can you like email them? or do you have to do it through forums. Because I remember from the sugar glass episode he got an email request and read it. Is there a place on the site to do stuff like this? Thanks.

Hey. I see you new to the forums so first of all, Welcome! This is not the section if you want to request things, this was just a thread asking about ways to request things. There is a section of the forums call "FX Requests" Post your requests in a new thread there. (but be sure to use the search function before you post new threads to see if its been posted before)
