Hey,
Im Michael from Crushed Can Productions. I know Ive posted some of my videos already on the forum, but I had a brainfart, and told myself wouldnt it be easier to post them in one thread. And after that thought i found out that I must be a genius, there is no other explanation. So here are some of my Favorites that I have made with brief descriptions. PLEASE WATCH THEM ALL AND IF YOURE NOT SATISFIED ILL GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK.

A Harmless Game- "It's all fun and games until someone pulls a Chuck Norris". The First Movie I actually used a script for, it was my third film a made. The camera i used was a Craptacular-3000. It has sparked one of the biggest trends as my school, so watch it and spread around yours.

Little Billy- "ROOT BEER!" This was the fourth film i made, once again i have that crappy camera, with a terrible mic. But this one was alot of fun to make, it was a spur of the moment kind of movie and i think it turned out very well.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=47CWaWnoQv0

My Bread- "A Story to tell the kids and grandkids." This one i made with Microsoft paint, its only 1MIN long, but it's hilarious. Another fan favorite, plus it has a cute ducky in it.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SIFw3xd7jC4

My Best Friend- "A lonely boy means his perfect match." This one was made with my best friend Nathan. My eighth movie. It was the first movie i did with my new camera. We made this while a party was going on upstairs. I'm surprise the camera mic didn't pick up their loudness from upstairs. Also listen to the band in the credits, they are a local band, called Subrosa that kicks alot of but if you like them check them out at.http://myspace.com/subrosarocks Well here's the video.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m-garONm6lo

Ditched- "Ding Dong Ditch has never been so cruel." This is the ninth movie Ive made. Its the only movie that we have an adult in. And David's was just tipsy enough for the part. I know the dialogue is weak, but i just wrote it as we went along really. But it's still watch-worthy.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VhzZ5p_yiik

The Beatdown- "Payback has never been so unsatisfying." Tenth Movie. This idea started out with me and my friend Josh talking about movies saying, "I should be in a movie, I can act really I can!" so I told him to come up with a movie idea and I'll think about it. He said a MONTAGE video. And that's when I ticked, I went from a funny montage video to the greatest movie that I made so far (well at least thats what i think.) And after I wrote the script we filmed it, and Marshall(Pappy) did a great acting role as always. But I didn't know that Josh(Lead Person) could actually act, those 2 are my best actors at CCP. They are my go to guys. So Watch this and I hope you like it.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=76Of3V7t8iQ

Roid III- "Keep your eye on the ball." My second most resent movie. Thirteenth Movie. The Third in the Roid series. Roid is just some made up company that makes miscellaneous items. No one expected what item was going to be used in this video. I left one major part out of the script as i was writing it, and that was the tell the audience that that was his name on the ball, not an autograph. But now that you know that, the video will make complete sense... Hopefully.

The GhostRider- "Why hide something that is already hidden?" This is my latest movie. And its my fifteenth movie. This movie shows alot about how much Ive improved from my first couple of movies to this one. I used alot of sound effects in this one, which was really new for me. Everyone says that it needed to be longer. But then again thats what she said.

Okay, so I think 'The Beatdown' is probably the best one there.

Few tips:

Dump Windows Movie Maker, or in the very least, those transitions. Please, I beg you. Nothing turns me off watching a video more than seeing that 'smashing window' effect in the first 4 seconds.

Sometimes I'm not sure if you were using a tripod or holding the camera. Stop bloody touching the camera on the tripod when you're filming. If you start poking at it, it defeats the purpose.

Oil your tripods joints. Some of the pans were so jerky I cried. Either that or have a few beers before you start filming.

some scenes i use tripod, barely use them. and i dont hvae wmm anymore i got Vegas. i already know about the Garage pan, in the beatdown, im sick of hearing about it. the smashing window effect... come on it was one of my first movies it wasnt going to have some super duper kickass transition. so everything you just said i already know or have fixed.

Yeah, I watched the first one, and decided against the rest. Windows Movie Maker is a free program, nothing good is free. I'll watch the rest and look for improvement. :learn:

Don't worry about it. My camera makes weird noises too.

All in all, there's a lot of room for improvement. But, the plots are decent and the comedy mediocre so you've got potential. Keep on going. :hayguyz:

Yeah, I enjoyed the beat down. A little variety in shots is always good though. I give it a 7 out of 10. Good luck!
