I dunno how I feel about this. I think Chris Pine is more Brad Pitt than Harrison Ford, and I have yet to see Brad Pitt carry a franchise...

Is this brilliant casting or a big mistake?
Do you even want to see a Hal Jordan/Green Lantern movie?

**For bonus points, anyone read All Star Batman & Robin #9 where Batman schools Jordan via yellow paint?

I think he is a pretty good actor, and if he does well in Star Trek then I think he'll do pretty well as the green lantern too.

I didn't read the comic but I remember a episode of one of those batman cartoon shows where they did that!!!

Dunno about Pine's Kirk, but I think he could pull of HJ pretty well.
Then again, Mogo is the best Green Lantern.
