Make that Television flicker on!

so i've learned and figured out how to do motion tracking to put my footage on a TV in post

how do i make the image 'flicker on' (someone turns on the TV and there's that... flicker on thing... you know?)

I use Adobe After Effects

I animated the scale so that the width came out first then the height.

fist make the image very flat and stretched out and then keyframe it so in 0,5 seconds or something it fulls the screen, then you can add a sound effect
