Can I get Flash for under $600?

I can't find any version of Flash for under $600.. I would like to get the CS4 collection but that bundle is EXPENSIVE. I use Mac by the way :)

For $200 more with a student discount, you can get Adobe SC4 production premium, which includes Flash as well as many other useful programs
