Editing program for 80-100 dollars

Hi. I need a editing program for 80-100 dollars. Any suggestions?

Adobe Premiere Elements 2 or 3. I use two but get three if you can find it, its
apparently much better than my version.

I snagged Sony Vegas 9 for $35. They were running some special and knock a chunk off the price if you do a direct download instead of purchasing a CD. It doesn't do everything you want, but it does everything you need.
