What's the best way to promote and advertise your content?

I've created this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qqWGG18_GsQ for a competition and now have to make it go viral, but in 20 hours only have 250 views :(

Any golden sites out there I should be linking to?

There isn't any way to force you video to be viral. A viral video is one that people like and will pass along to their friends. They have to be really really funny normally. Just tell everyone you know and post on as many video forums as you can. Link to other people and tell your friends to send it to their friends. Like I said, there's no magic way other than to make an extremely good video.
