You're not going to get any ideas staring at a blank celtx project. Ideas come from experiences, surroundings etc.

Go for a scenic walk, watch some new films or one of your favourites. Go out with your friends. Don't be constantly thinking, sometimes they just come out of the blue. Relax :)

EDIT: Don't set out to write, film and edit a project in a week. Spend the break fleshing out your ideas and coming up with the story.

Forcing yourself to write is bad and not doing anything is bad too.

So really the only thing you can do is take a walk or some of the other activities TheJoker mentioned - or anything that usually makes you think a lot. You'll definitely come up with some ideas.

What works best for me is to just keep writing, no matter how inane or silly it may seem. Once you have free written for a while you should be able to pull some good ideas from what you have down.
