Now, I know there's a thread that has a list of motion tracking programs like Icarus on here already. In fact, I tried using Icarus. However, it doesn't allow HD footage. Is there an alternative to Icarus or am I just stuck with standard definition footage forever? I'd appreciate it if someone could help me out with this.

If I'm right in thinking that the track is exported to Blender or After Effects or whatever compositor you're using and not the actual footage, then I might have a solution; create a standard def version of your footage whilst maintaining the same aspect ratio etc. Use this to track the motion.
Then, export the track file into the compositor. You should now be able to use it to track the HD footage. If that makes sense.
I haven't tried it but I hope this works for you.

What? I've used HD footage with Icarus, and it worked fine.

OK, thanks for the ideas, guys. And the reason why it doesn't accept HD footage is because I'm using the free version. With the commercial one it's different. But of course, I'm cheap.
