Who else has seen this fantastic romantic comedy this summer? Its easily one of my favorites of the year...

i know it does luke cute but apparintly jus tlike the trailer says its not a love story

Its all about his relationship with this girl Summer, if thats not a love story then I don't know what is... Sure it says that in the movie and trailer, but they also says its a "story about love" not a "love story", which makes sense at the end of the movie.

I haven't seen it yet, but I've heard it's one of those movies with no real ending. I'm expecting something like Lost in Translation. Also, I'm NOT saying that movies with no definite ending are bad.

Really? I thought the ending was pretty definite, and a good place to stop.

I saw it and loved it. The movie does some interesting things (one part is sort of an homage to films of the French New Wave, and one part is done in splitscreen- one side showing what the main character wishes a party was like, the other was what the party was actually like), and all of the performances are solid. Normally, movies that live and die by their quirkiness put me off (I thought Juno was overrated, for example), but I thoroughly loved this movie.
