Did anyone else happen to catch Tin Man last night. For those who don't know, Tin Man is a re-imagining of the Wizard of Oz made into a mini-series for the Sci-Fi Channel.

From what I saw so far, it's pretty good, but I'll reserve final judgement until after the entire series has aired. The story is very different from the original movie, but it still retains the basic premise. It is also a wonderful example of what can be done with a green screen as most of the O.Z.(Outer Zone) is CGI.

Check it out if you can. They are replaying the first episode tonight at 7pm(EST) and will air the second episode immediately after at 9.

Replaying the first episode tonight and then the 2nd part after. I'm sure they'll air them all back to back after the original run.

I haven't paid much attention to the Sci-Fi channels "re-imagings" since that abomination that they dared to call "Dune".

It's sad that I now can look back at David Lynch's version as "the good one".

OK, apparently It doent matter when they reshow it. SciFi is putting the full episodes up after they air. Here's some linkage (http://forum.indymogul.com/www.SciFi.com/TinMan).

Tin Man is the best mini-series to hit the screen since Band of Brothers. I loved every second of it, a wonderful re-imagining. I was a bit disappointed with the ending.

Well, I saw the whole thing, and I must say it was really well done. My only complaint was the sudden ending. I dont mean a suprise ending. After DG says "This is the O.Z. I remember", it cuts right to the credits. In my opinion, the should have pulled back and given one last look at all of the O.Z. and then faded into the credits.
