Help my friend!

My friend has a Pinnacle Studio 12 plus and he has to download an upgrade on his video driver from this site before he can edit his movie.

We don´t know what to do it so please somebody tell what

Just download the driver. It's nothing bad, all it means is its going to update your computer's capability to support the editing program. Look on the site (the one you provided us a link to) for the specific driver it prompted you to download (for your type of computer - XP, VISTA, etc.) then download and run (install) on your computer and then try running Pinnacle. I am sure that if Pinnacle Studio directed you to obtain the driver from that site it is not a malicious virus or Trojan waiting to get on your computer... but if you are still hesitant look for the same driver on the Microsoft website (which is totally secure and trustworthy), it should be offered there too. Either way you (or your friend rather) will need the update to have it run properly. Once you download and tell it to install just follow the installation steps and you will be fine, drivers install a lot faster/easier on a computer than software.

He tried to down load it and he knowed that his card was radeon 9000. But then when it was readdy it said that it wouldn´t work. :(

Can you give us the actual error message? Preferably a screenshot if you could. "it would't work" doesn't tell us much about the actual problem.
