Anyone know how to adjust a picture's corners individually from the other's to get a 3D effect with the curser and not having to do it with the number input in the menu?

If i understand your question correctly, i think your looking for the little "+" symbol next to the numbers field. Unless i misunderstood you...

It's the distort tool, if you go to the tool bar, you nrmally see the crop tool in it, if you hold down the mouse button on the crop tool a new menu will pop up where you can select a new tool that's marked "x", that's the distort tool :)
