I'm having a bad case of movie ADD.

I haven't found a film as of recent that can make me pause when I go get something to eat. I just tried to watch Hard Candy with Ellen Paige and Patrick Wilson, and I pretty much skipped through it.
The last one I honestly watched (instead of letting it play through epic boringness while I took wizz breaks) was Repo Man.

I'm looking for some movies I can just sit down and enjoy the whole thing. Like The Dark Knight, I hate to be a fanboy, but I can honestly sit thru the hole thing and enjoy it.

Live Free or Die Hard, I love that movie! But I also know a lot of people who hate it.

I know it's a weird movie, but A Scanner Darkly

There's this crazy thing called Dynamics, you don't get it at all when a movie "never lets up". Movies can be bambamboompow all the time, thats even more boring. Learn to appreciate movies for what they are.

I only pause a film if I really, really have to. As in, if my bladder would explode otherwise. Same with albums, if I put an album on I have to listen to it all the way through without interruption. The fact that you get up halfway through a film to get something to eat is really weird to me! :kenny:

All I said was that I was having a case of movie ADD. I have an incredible appreciation for all kinds of art. It's not like I was saying 'sum1 g1v m3 a good movee thets good with all akshun, not summthin with talkk words in iittt.' I was just looking for some mindless nonsense that I could sit down and not really watch closely. You're telling me you always feel like dissecting a movie down to bone? You've never had an urge to watch Crank or Shoot 'em Up? Because those movies are just full of fun, nonsensical violence and you don't have to be a movie connoisseur to enjoy them.

It just bothers me so much when people can't enjoy a movie for certain aspects, and it irritates me that someone misjudged the fact that I myself cannot enjoy a movie for what it's worth.

Watchmen.... Iron Man... Wanted... Batman Begins... Casino Royale... Quantum of Solace...

The only GOOD ones of those are Batman Begins, Watchmen, and Casino Royale. Yet all very entertaining. (those were all off the top of my head)

Forgive me, good sir. I've been known to be harsh.
I would recommend:
Evil Dead 2
A Clockwork Orange
Enter The Dragon

I challenge you to get bored watching these.

Mafia anything for me is a straight sit-down, no questions asked. It doesnt even have to be the Italian mafia, Im talking mobster oriented anything. Snatch is a personal favorite.

There's a movie starring Simon Pegg(lacking the British accent, it's a bit creepy) and David Schwimmer that seriously just gets more "WTF?!" by the scene. It starts with them trying to blackmail a priest for visiting illegal porn sites and just escalates to more and more crazyness. I spent the entire film saying "OH SHIT!" every five minutes.

2001, psycho (the original) and koyanisqatsi. Three timeless movies in my opinion.
