I'm from Texas, if you have even the slightest intrest in cooking, then steaks,burgers and pies are the first thing you learn. and I make them very, very well (as in good, not well done). :D

Weird coincidence, i cooked bleu cheese and bacon burgers for my family and i like, 2 days ago. They were delicious, except the bleu cheese all leaked out of one of the burgers.

i went to this place in South Carolina called Cheeburger Cheeburger...they had these 20 oz burgers and if you ate it all you got your picture on the wall and a free t-shirt...

I don't mean to brag, but I was immmortalized on the wall of fame...well, immortalized until they take the pictures down next year. So, semi-mortalized...I still have the t-shirt though!

That's kinda like that "Big Texan" thing they have at a steakhouse in Austin I believe. I'll have to look it up. but 72oz steak. you have to eat the steak, a roll, side salad, shrimp cocktail and baked potato within an hour. if you do it's free and you get immortilized with others. You don't, you have to pay $50 for it and walk away in shame. :D
