YouTube Shows

I have noticed that for some time, Backyard FX, BTT and other channels have specific shows which are linked to them.

I was wondering if non Partners can do this because I plan to make a fortnightly or monthly show on YouTube. Is it possible?

I'm sure something can be done if you write a letter to youtube or something... Or just get enough viewers with your shows to become partner and than link it to a show afterwards.
