HF20 vs. HV40

I've been looking around at cameras and I came across the HF20. Here's a link:

I've been looking at the HV40 and saving up for it but is this one any different other then using flash drives?

Which one do you think is better?

I always go HV40. The HF20 is good too. Its just not as good in my opinion. It has a little less manual control and picture quality. Plus dv tapes are the best. If money is a serious factor than go for the 20. But if you feel you can be patient enough to save up for the HV40 then that's what you should do.
