First off- what program are you planning on using them in? Often times you've already got everything you need.

Looks is much more in depth. Lots of options, lots of things to do.

Mojo is much more straight forward.

I recommend downloading the demos and trying them out. I've got both the demos, and I decided I didn't want either of them, because After Effects can already do everything both of those do. Magic Bullet is very good, and has a very nice interface, but lots of programs have color correcting tools that can do the same things.

Everything that Mojo can do can be done in Looks, Looks is BY FAR the more useful program.

Mojo is primarily an ADDITION to looks, to help you make you skin tones pop out from the background better. Mojo is mostly for skintones, while Looks is for an overall adjustment.
