free plug ins?

anyone got a site that has some free plug ins for programs like after effects or final cut pro? i've got some sites that have free stuff for audio programs but i can never really find one that has something for video programs

The plug in I use the most is Key Light. I got the install for it from a friend but it by far the most powerfull chroma key tool I ever used. I am not sure where to get it.
