Whats good
Hears the only film i was proud enough to put on youtube. :fcross:
I did this i think like may of last year (in a weekend!). It started out as a school project and turned out to be my best work to date! I have a couple of projects in the works but for now i give you Memories of War a Vietnam story:

Very nice, camera could be more still. Also, I hate MCR, but that song was pretty kickass

I don't think you should ever admit a montage of pictures/video you didn't shoot yourself as your best work

that wasn't me:
I shot and edited it..
that was some kid from my English class we thought it would be cool that instead of writing a essay we would make a film. keep in mind i shot and edited this thing in 2 days!
and yes i know it was a montage but it's the only thing I've done so far that "this community would understand"
yet and still enjoy and tell me what you think
(post comments on youtube also).

You should have used the Ken Burns effect for the still photos. It would have given this much more life.
I thought the song sucked. A song from the time period would have suited this much better.
The actual video scenes weren't very convincing.
Hey, you asked.

Yeah,
for a movie/montage about vietnam you needed a much more vaired soundtrack including songs about the war. Look at artists like America, Bob Dylan or even Jimi Hendrix. Needs a tripod and some video transitionsGreat costume though;):D
