Im currently making a film based on a team of demon hunters (its a bit like night watch) any how in my film is this scene where an ice demon gets his head shattered by a baseball bat. Does any one know if a sugar glass head exsists or if ill need to make one and if so any tips.

You mean russian Night watch?

so for making glass head you'll need to make a molding shape.
Wesley Scogging made once a tutorial covering this.

take a look at this (http://www.indymogul.com/post/4288/wesleys-weekly-how-to-sugar-glass-molding
)

maybe make whatever modifications you need to to a foam head (to make it look demon like) and do something similar using the head to mold.

If you can make or buy a plastic mold of a face, this method will work...

Take the plastic head and put a PVC pipe or pole through the neck (assuming the mold has a neck opening) to the top of the head inside and duct tape it in place.

Then take a drill (it's best to have a plug in drill) and remove the bit from it. Duct tape the spinning part to the top head.

Make sure it's duct taped to the outside, not the inside where the PVC should be.

Make your sugar glass and pour it into the plastic head.

Then, start pouring while someone else holds the drill end down enough so that it spins slowly.

Get a nice, even coat of sugar glass inside of it. Now, duct tape or rubber band the drill trigger all the way down (or just a little less than all the way down) so that it's spinning rapidly.

Hold onto the PVC pipe or pole loosely while you're doing this.

Continue to hold it loosely until you think it's set (about 30 minutes), or just rest it on a table. If you rest it on a table, make sure it doesn't slip away.

The centripetal force of the spinning will keep the sugar glass from seeping to one side or the other. This ensures a nice, even coat for you to work with.

Detach the PVC pipe or pole, cut the plastic head with a knife down the middle, and you're done!!

Hmmmm...with the heat of the sugar glass I would expect the plastic to melt!

Check here (http://forum.indymogul.com/showthread.php?t=4675) for my fake head plans. You can replace the foam for sugar glass and mold a gargoyle head or something.

Plaster casting the plastic head might actually turn out better...

If you're going to do that, I would say that you use a foam head.
