If you are a "newbie" in filmmaking, how do you expect to get into film school? They require you to send them a portfolio and/or samples of your writing. If you can't do that, you may be out of luck to get into the better film schools.

Yer you need to have experience in film making, and a strong understanding of film theory and the business itself

Plus, you don't sound old enough to go to filmschool (I'm judging by your typing/grammar) so I would concentrate on making films and then when you're old enough, look into film schools.
There is a great book out called Film School Confidential (Take 2) it's a great book on filmschools in the US of A, I'd check it out if you're interested.

Are you from the Phillipines?
I haven't heard anything about film schools in asia.
But things to look at are the Facutly, what contacts the school has, what equipment they have to work with, and what the classes are all about.
