Hey guys,

as you all know, I have a couple of friends who created an indy feature which was bought by The Weinsteins Dimension Extreme company.

and Fangoria just posted a video on youtube with a sneak peek at the behind the scenes on the DVD. The clip is only 3 minutes long and doesn't spoil anything for the movie so you should all go check it out!!

CHECK IT OUT (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1MTAFmZsVsg)!!

It drops on DVD in any Major Store and any BlockBuster should have them...

Release date is March 4th 2008.

I highly recommend it to anybody digging not only horror/zombie movies, but anybody who wants to see a low budget movie that actually kicks ass unlike the Asylum movies.

It looks good but a bit full of it's self. I just watched the trailer and calling it's self "the defing movie of our generation" is really silly I have no doubt it will be enjoyable but it's about high school kids fighting loads of zombies. It's not "defining".

I'm pretty sure they did that as a selling point when they shopped it around. And I guess it worked, as it was good enough for Dimension (who was the one who actually won out of the bidding war between them, New Line, Lions Gate and Ghost House). It's hyping your flick up...you don't wanna go in to something saying that "hey this movie is a zombie movie like all the rest" Try selling your movie with that tag line.

You wanna tell people that this one stands out (which it does)

for the budget it was made for and the time constraint it had on it and speaking as just a regular person who doesn't have any attachment to this film other than I know the director and producers..I think it's pretty defining for feature film making nowadays.

:teehee:Contradictions.

Yeah, well done you've made your point. By the way I loved Epic Movie but that has nothing to do with the fact I knew all the main actors and was dating the main actress, adopted by the director and staying at the producer's house.

Actually even if I was I would still be a shamed. I got self-failed.

Believe me sir, I'm not one to talk up something I don't like.

Just because I know the director and producers doesn't mean anything actually.

I didn't work on it at all. I have no other attachment other than knowing the people who made it (which I stated).

I hype "The Roost" and Ti West all the time and I don't know him at all. But whenever someone asks me if I know any good horror movies that recently came out. I give The Roost and Automaton Transfusion as my examples.

AT is an impressive indy flick and I think it defines future directors of our generation. Same with Ti West and his flicks.

It's not like I said I had no attachment at all...I said no attachment "other than" knowing said people (see how I let people know that I knew people who made it?). As far as I'm concerned, I didn't contradict myself at all.
