Has anyone read the Darren Shan Saga ( aka Cirque du freak) There supose to make a movie off over it Universel bought the rights to it. I think last year, or 2 years ago. Anyways if you have read it (if you haven't you sould its great!) do you think the movie will be good.

I think the film will be FANTASTIC!

have you read the demonata series... I read the first one and thought it was great i just never got around to reading the rest... i just hope they dont skimp on the budget or leave anything out like other books gone movies *cough* harry potter *cough*

I think the Deamonata seris is great ( I'm on four and five comes out this month). I could see it being a good movie series ( It would be rated R!!!!!!).They say that the one movie will be the frist three books which I think will kill the movie. It should be one book one movie like Harry Potter. What makes him so special!
But thats how the series is put together 1,2,3 is Vampire blood. Then the next three are named and so on. I know the last three are called Destiny Child. And the books are shorter. Did you know that Darren Shan has like 3 more book series he's thinking of puting into the works. But he has to finish Deamonata frist and thats not going to be untill 2010. Oh well, anyways thanks for the comment.

I read the book once on school camp. my friend brought along the Cirque du Freak Series.

Yeah those are some wicked books, although the ending is kinda weak. The movie could be good but could also be a total bomb.

NNOOOOOOO. I cant believe there making the movies based on the trilogy books....that will definitely kill it:(

Its a fantastic series,I read most of the books.I didnt get to read Lake of Souls,and I have the last one,Sons of Destiny.One of the best series of books I read in shcool next to Switchers,A Series of Unfortunate Events and the Goosebumps classics.

i READ THE FIRST Cirque Du Freak book in 3 days!!! It was Amazing!!! But what really got me was the Demonata series!!! Now thats a bloody series! I was so suprised by the amount of blood in that book!!! They were so good though! (I'm almost done reading Bec...)
