I'd shake out my hands and do some wrist stretches it works for me.

Well I was saying to type it because I don't use my wrists much when I type. Just my fingers...

ya but when you stretch your wrist a certain way you can get the outer parts of your hands stretched

Dont grip your pencil so tightly and you wont have that problem.... Or hold your pencil in a more relaxed way.

A lot of people pick up the habit of "wiggling" the pen with their fingers when they write. This is a bad habit and is the most common cause of writer's cramp.

Try to stop writing with your fingers. Keep your fingers still and use the muscles of your arm to write - they're much stronger and better at resisting fatigue. It takes some retraining and discipline, but eventually writing with the arm becomes habit.

It's more legible and consistent, too, which is great for when you go back to your notes from last semester -- you won't have to decipher your cramped scratchings.

take a break. And I was once told by a martial artist to punch your hand into a box full of sand and grip it as hard as you can for a minuite everyday. Which should theoretically build up finger strength.

I could make a joke about not playing tug of war with the purple one eyed cyclops being connected with the fact that you like Anti-Flag but I won't.
