I got a Wii for my 21st birthday. Oh man. I love my Wii. People laugh at me when I say that, "I love to play with my Wii" Guess some people just arn't part of the revolution. (pun unintended, and if you got the pun, your a nerd, so be happy)

The Wii is as kick ass console, might go play some Zelda here in a bit. Sure, not the high end high def and such as Xbox 360 and PS3, but the Wii is in it's own right: a console for fun. I am getting a 360 n a week or so, but the Wii is still great.

I bought a Wii the day before it was realeased. Yeah, the store wasn't allowed to do that, but I don't care cause I got myself a Wii :D

I brought it over to work some day and all my colleagues wanted to play and are still asking my when I'm bringing it again so we cam play it using the beamer. I work at a theater, so we have a great beamer, huge screen (our white backdrop) and a really great soundsystem :D :D

Wii is a pretty cool system. Its engineered well, and brings a new dimension to console gaming.

What sucks about it is most of the games... wii games need way more development!!


Alien Syndrome - the suck
Zelda - eh, its ok. lost interest after about 5-6 hours cumulative play
Wii sports/play - few of them rock. rest are just ok.
Mario Party - omg mario party for 64 rocked. For wii? No thanks!
Medal of Honor - pretty sweet game. Cant complain (but id prefer playing shooters on a pc!)
Metroid - pretty cool as well. Just wish it had multiplayer.

Don't want to sound weird or anything...but I love the Ice Climbers (they were the best fighters in SSBM, IMHO) and I was very excited when they put them in SSBB.

Metroid Prime 3 is possibly one of the best games I ever played in my life. It reinvents the FPS controls. I wish I had friends who have MP3 so I can get those stinkin' Friend Points for those Bonus Gallery items.

But yeah, Wii = Roxxors.

Who here has played "Trauma Center: Second Opinion" for Wii? That game was AWESOME!

Oh, and friendly advice if you do play it, if you drop something with the forceps every time, it's not a glitch and it's not the game's fault...if you're dropping it, you're not doing it right. Both me and my best friend ran into that. We didn't realize we needed to hold BOTH buttons to hold it. Lol, that's what we get for not paying attention to instructions. We nearly killed a patient ramming glass back into his chest. :teehee:



You know what sucks? I haven't turned my Wii on since early September. Why? Because I LITERALLY don't have a single game for it, with the exception of the included Wii Sports, which I don't like. But every once in a while I rent, and LOVE it (like with Trauma Center). By Christmas though, I'm going to get a TON of Wii games, including Twilight Princess (beaten the gamecube version) and Super Smash Bros. Brawl (can't WAIT for that to come out).

I just realised I actually havent turned on my wii since the summer!... just like hotelfboy I have no games...and nowhere in Ireland Rents wii games!!! I cant wait till metroid comes out Ive been waiting for that and tony hawks proving ground since I bought my wii! SSBB is gonna kick ass too!
