To make good looking weapons you Paint 'em black usually. Easy as Cheese

Filming Equipment would be useful, such as a dolly or steadycam. Including the lighting set and Boom pole they already showed in BFX, you've pretty much got the whole equipment set under wraps.

Steady cam! Dolly! Crane Rig! Yes Please!

You can just use your tripod as a steady cam. Wasn't that one of the quick tips not too long ago?

But it's not as effective. Proper steadycams have a Gyro/weight system that keeps the camera level. A tutorial for an effective low-budget one would be very helpful.. I've seen a few tutorials around on the internet, but they all seem to feature obscure items that are cheap, but really hard to come by.

Half of those are things that would be on Weekend Extra.

I have attempted to make a couple steadicams but they where to shaky and wasn't much better then just using my tripod. I would really like a compact effective steady cam however 8/ . Maybe something similar to the Merlin steadicam. As for a dolly atm I'm just using one of those big garden wagons. I put a piece of plywood down set the tripod on the plywood and sit behind it while a friends pulls the wagon.

This dose make some of your toy guns look more realistic but, what about close ups, blow back action and stuff?

Personally, I think a length of PVC pipe or broomstick, and some duct tape, are more than adequate. But then, I've never had a "team" for making a film, so a boom mic was pretty useless.

To have a super realistic eye gouged. So it's all bloody and stuff and also to have a eye that comes with it and a way without green screen to have one of your actors to rip out the eye during the scene. Because nobody likes editing too much.

I'm stuck between the weapons and the equipment, so I'll just vote for the weapons because they will probably be more within my price range.

editing because you could do a film about the life of a toilet but if you didn't edit it just right it would be very simular to what's in a toilet after use!

This is a request from a movie I have limited involvement in, but basically the climax of the script right now is a gigantic robot comes and destroys Chicago. How about a Godzilla style city destruction.

You don't make explosions. Thats it. It's just not safe.

Hold up. You could just use the foam sandwich design from the giant sandwich episode for the tomato and dancing pie. I guess sure it would be cool to see more weapons made but they've already made a ton. I really think the most reasonable options are editing tips, where to buy equipment, and the Grim Reaper Costume.
