ok, your budget is 4,000 bucks

2 pices of software (pc)(that dosent do what premire cs3 dose)

well i have a Super PC, and Adobe Master collection CS3, but i would get a Canon XHA1HD w/shotgun mic and boom pole, and a 2TB exturnal HDD, and a studio:D i think i went out of my price range about the studio but who cares that would be awesome!

I would agree with everyone else. You need to focus in on your skills before purchasing anything substantial like that.
