Settings on ze Gl2!

So, Erik has been talkin' about how on the canon gl2, you can apply a setting in which you can record tv or computer screens clearly. Can someone ever so kindly tell me how to do this? Thanks.

Well first check the manual, second if you don't have the manual look online for one. I have a xl1s and you go to manual mode then cycle through the shutter speeds (1/90>1/100>1/150 in that direction) and at the end of the list you will find CS (clear scan) then go to the menu and find clear scan option which should be clickable now and then move frequency until there is no bars on the tv. I have no idea it might be under a different name clear scan is what canon calls it.
