I had an idea earlier that may be helpful on the forums. What if we had a tech and film equiptment news thread.

Here's what it would be:

Whenever there is something film (equiptment, not movies) that comes out or is a major breakthrough or is a major update, I'll post all the news I get in the thread. That way if their is a software update to the editor you use, you'll know about it!

I said yes because it would help keep down the next new networks's bandwith/payments/whatever and such. Then everything could be put in that thread instead of having all kinds of new one pop up.

this is a movie forum I prefer to go to other sites for other things. I think we would be better off keeping the focus on making indie films.
