Mp3s on Premier Pro

So I have a song I downloaded from www.newgrounds.com (http://www.newgrounds.com) and in its MP3 form Premier pro doesn't reckonize it.

any help?

It depends. I found that it will only download the file correctly if your using firefox or IE. I remember having this problem. What format is it in? It might be a mac format which would explain it.

No I am on a Dell, using IE

What format are the songs? Sometimes Newgrounds downloads it funny

No Problem. How are you importing them? Try converting the mp3s to wav files. Google mp3 to wav. and see what comes up. I use final cut pro studio 2 now but I kind of have the same problem. If the audio isn't in AIFF format you get popping noises. If that doesn't work I'll look into it deeper
