There is a weekly contest here, where we take 5 minutes or less films, if you win you get on the front page.

I don't know any off the top of my head and I'm going to bet you'll have a hard time finding one in that time range.

As a general rule of thumb keep this in mind.

The typical good short is under 5 minutes (some say 10 but to be safe aim for 5).

The typical good feature is over 84 minutes (by definition a feature must be 84 minutes anyway).

Anything in between usually doesn't work and is either much too long (which is most commonly the case) or much too short. And because of this people don't typically watch movies in that middle time range. Your film could be amazing however due to all the garbage that fills that time frame people don't give much time to those videos.

Good luck with your film though and I do hope you find something.

True, there are exceptions to the rule. But keep in mind festivals typically want shorts to be just that, short, so that they can put more films in to the short blocks. Keeping in mind the posters original intent to enter these films into competitions, you're still going to be hard pressed to find a festival or competition that wants to show films in that length.
